To use the Online Ordering System, you must already have a customer account with CIBA VISION UK Ltd. CIBA VISION cannot sell lenses direct to the public - please use the Optician Finder to find your nearest Eye Care Practitioner.

If you already have an account with us, please complete the following form to use our Online Ordering system. Your password will be emailed to the email address you provide below once your registration has been verified. We will call your practice by telephone to verify your registration.

If your Internet Account becomes locked or you forget your password, then you will need to call us on 0800 336655. To aid us in releasing a new password, we need three security questions that we can validate you against.

When you register for any of the above, you will need to provide us with certain data which enables us to identify you, such as your name and email address (your “Personal Data”).
